Daarom werken wij persoonlijk, transparant en zorgvuldig, met oprechte aandacht voor zowel de professional als de organisatie.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Functie-eisen<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>Afhankelijk van de functie en het niveau zoeken opdrachtgevers doorgaans een HR-professional die beschikt over:<\/p> <p><br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in HRM, personeelsmanagement, bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;relevante werkervaring binnen HR, passend bij het niveau van de functie;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;actuele kennis van arbeidsrecht, cao&rsquo;s en relevante wet- en regelgeving;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;ervaring met operationele, adviserende, tactische of strategische HR-vraagstukken;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;goede communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;organisatiesensitiviteit en het vermogen om met verschillende belangen om te gaan;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;een zorgvuldige, integere en mensgerichte werkwijze;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;ervaring met digitale HR-systemen is een pr&eacute;.&nbsp;<\/p> <p><br>Voor senior, specialistische of leidinggevende functies kunnen aanvullende eisen gelden, zoals:<\/p> <p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;aantoonbare ervaring als strategisch gesprekspartner voor directie of management;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling, verandertrajecten of HR-beleid;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;leidinggevende ervaring binnen een HR-team;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;specialistische kennis van bijvoorbeeld verzuim, recruitment, arbeidsvoorwaarden of leren en ontwikkelen;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;ervaring binnen een specifieke sector of cao-omgeving.&nbsp;<\/p> <p>Niet iedere functie vraagt om hetzelfde profiel.
